The Child Abuse Prevention Association depends on the generosity of individuals in the community, like you, to provide shelter and services for children and families in need. For over 25 years, CAPA has helped thousands of people.
In order to raise much needed funds, I thought it might be fun to have an on-line mustache and beard contest. Here are the rules:
1. Each contestant must donate at least $5 to enter the competition.
2. A mug shot is needed from contestants at the start and conclusion of the contest. Photos should be taken in April, and at least one other on June 1. The winner will be announced on June 15, just in time for Father's Day on June 17.
3. No steroids of any kind.
4. Each vote will cost $1.
